Vegan Almond Bagels

1. For best results, weigh the ingredients with a digital scale
2. Preheat the oven at 350 F or 180 C.
3. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl with a spatula.
4. Add all wet ingredients and mix until a dough is formed.
5. Knead dough for 1 min then shape into 2 balls.
6. Flatten the dough with your hands until 1/2 inch thick. Use a donut or bagel mold to cut out ring shapes. Re use excess dough until completely used up. This recipe makes 13 medium sized bagels.
7. Brush the top of bagel with water (eggless version) or egg yolks for golden color.
8. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasonings and press down gently.
9. Bake at the lowest rack for about 40 minutes or until a wooden skewer comes out clean.
10. Cool completely before cutting and enjoying it.
11. Wrap in parchment paper before storing in refrigerator.
