1.  For best results, weigh the ingredients with a digital scale

2.  Pre-heat the oven to 350F or 180C

3.  Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl until well combined.

4.  Add the wet ingredients and mix until well combined and becomes a dough.

5.  Knead dough with hands for 1 minute. Divide dough into 2 portions and shape them into balls. Wrap dough in cling wrap and chill in freezer for 15 mins.

6.  Flatten dough with hands until 1/4 inch thick.

7.  Use a cutter to cut into any shapes you desire and place on baking tray with parchment paper. You could also just shape them into small balls and flatten with your fingers for that rustic look. In this video, I used a medium sized cutter with Christmas tree shape.

8.  Brush the top of cookies with egg yolks. Then sprinkle with paprika powder and dried parsley to create the festive colors.

9.  Bake for 15 to 20 mins or until golden brown.

10.  Cool completely before storing into containers.
