1. For best results, weigh the ingredients with a digital scale

2. Preheat the oven at 340 F or 170 C.

3. In a small pan, add butter and chocolate. Stir well to ensure that they are melted with low heat until smooth. Set aside.

4. In a big bowl, add all other dry and wet ingredients and mix until well combined. The batter is smooth.

5. Divide the batter into two equal portions.

6. Add the melted chocolate into one of the portions and mix until well combined.

7. Spoon batter into paper cups alternating between the original and chocolate batters.

8. Use a wooden skewer to make a swirl on the batter to create a marble effect.

9. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until a wooden skewer comes out clean.

10. Garnish with unsweetened coconut flakes (optional).
