1.  Pre heat oven to 350F or 180C

2.  Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl with a spatula until well combined.

3.  Add the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

4.  Pour onto a baking tray and spread evenly into a single layer. If you're unable to get a single layer with one tray, then divide them into two trays.

5.  Bake from 300 to 350F or 150 to180C at the lowest rack for about 15 to 20 mins. It's better to bake them at low heat so that they brown evenly and do not get burnt. Gently turn them halfway to ensure even browning.

6.  Let it cool completely then store in airtight containers.
